The 9mm outdoor vinyl mat is a professional entrance solution for shops, offices and commercial spaces with moderate foot traffic. Crafted from flexible open-structure vinyl fiber (spaghetti-type) mesh, it efficiently captures dirt, dust, mud and other debris before they enter indoor areas. Its integrated plastic backing ensures a secure fit on the floor while protecting the surface from scratches and wear. Available in a wide range of standard sizes, with the option to manufacture any custom dimensions upon request.
It is made from flexible vinyl plastic fibers in an open-weave structure, also known as 'spaghetti' construction. This design allows effective trapping of dirt and debris, while the plastic backing ensures stability and floor protection.
Ten standard sizes are available, ranging from 60x90 cm to 120x300 cm. Additionally, the mat can be produced in any custom dimensions you require — simply contact us for a tailored quote.
Your logo or artwork is printed directly onto the mat surface. The border of the design always matches the background color, ensuring a uniform and professional appearance. Printing is included in the product price.
The mat is available with three finishing options: plastic edging, pressed edging, or no edging at all. The no-edging option is ideal when the mat will be installed flush in a recessed floor cavity.
The mat is washable, allowing easy cleaning with water and detergent. It is also resistant to chemical substances, making it safe to use appropriate cleaning agents without risk of material damage.
It is ideal for outdoor entrance areas with moderate foot traffic, such as retail stores, offices, restaurants, hotels, clinics and other commercial spaces. Its flexible structure allows it to fit well even in recessed floor installations.
