The HIGHWAY bodywarmer is a professional sleeveless high-visibility garment designed to deliver safety and thermal comfort in demanding work environments. The outer shell is made from waterproof-treated canvas fabric, while the interior features a soft lining and padded insulation with a full zip front closure for optimal warmth. Two horizontally sewn reflective tapes on the chest and back enhance visibility in low-light conditions. Certified to EN ISO 13688:2013/A1:2021 and EN ISO 20471:2013/A1:2016 as a Category II PPE, class 1, with a maximum service life of 25 washes. Ideal for professional workwear uniforms, outdoor working teams and any application requiring compliance with safety standards.
The HIGHWAY bodywarmer is certified to EN ISO 13688:2013/A1:2021 and EN ISO 20471:2013/A1:2016 as a Category II High Visibility Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), class 1.
The outer shell is made from 90% Polyester and 10% Polyurethane (200 g/m²) with a waterproof finish, while the inner lining is 100% Polyester (250 g/m²) for warmth and breathability. A quilted padding layer is included in between for thermal insulation.
The HIGHWAY bodywarmer is available in sizes S, M, L, XL, XXL and 3XL, covering a wide range of body types including plus sizes.
The HIGHWAY bodywarmer supports screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery and stitching, allowing professional placement of corporate logos or brand insignia on workwear uniforms.
Garments featuring contrasting colours should be washed carefully in cold water using a suitable laundry detergent and dried immediately after washing. The maximum certified service life is 25 washes.
